The naira lost 73% of its dollar value between 2019 and 2026. A Lagos property that rose 80% in naira fell 51% in dollars. Nigerians abroad learned to protect their savings by leaving Nigeria.
Aminco lets them stay. We fund Nigerian companies that already earn in dollars, so returns are paid at source, in the currency the buyers pay in.
“Not a technology story. A financial problem-solving story, enabled by technology.”
Managed, not crowdfunded.
Every deal is a separate special-purpose vehicle. A licensed fund manager holds the assets and runs settlement; Aminco originates, underwrites and runs the platform. That lets us launch without a ₦2bn operating licence while keeping investor money ring-fenced and regulated from day one.
Nigerians at home and abroad can invest at launch. Everyone else can join the waitlist.
Non-interest-bearing, 18 months of runway, first close of $400k by 31 January 2027. It buys a signed partner fund manager, the first three export deals, about $5M placed, the research platform in beta and a repeatable exporter pipeline.
We’re hiring a founding engineer and an exporter analyst in Lagos.

Status. Aminco is pre-licensing. Nothing on this site is an offer of securities, investment advice, or a guarantee of returns. Deals other than the Dangote example are illustrative, as are target returns and research pricing. Reservations are non-binding and no funds are collected.
Risk. Private company investments can lose all their value, are illiquid, and may be held for five years or more. Dollar returns still depend on the availability of foreign exchange for repatriation. Principal protection (Shield) is a structure with counterparty, execution and regulatory risk.
Market data. Quotes on this site are simulated around sourced closing values (NGX Group 24 Sep 2026; CBN via ngnrates.com 17 Sep 2026; Forbes Advisor gold 23 Sep 2026) and are for demonstration only.
Privacy. When you join the waitlist we store your email, name, country, the role you choose and any survey answers you give. Every survey question is optional. We use this to contact you about launch and to decide what to build. We don’t sell data or use third-party trackers. To see or delete your data, email info@aminco.net.
